Exploring history beneath the waves: Divers are investigating a shipwreck at Pulau Balambangan, believed to be the General Baird, a British vessel that sank in 1803. The wreck, approximately 100 meters long, is covered in corals and surrounded by abundant marine life. It lies at a depth of 28 meters, with a sandy bottom extending to 48 meters.
