Minimum age of 18
Open Water certification
Course Content:
Gas matching procedures for different tank volumes
Gas management with independent cylinders
Psychological considerations of technical diving
Equipment selection and configuration: tanks, regulators, buoyancy compensators/harnesses, weights, etc.
Light and hand signal communication
Problem-solving and techniques for diving in confined spaces
Entry/exit techniques and S-Drill specific
Required Skills Demonstration:
Various propulsion techniques: frog kick, modified frog kick, back kick, helicopter turns, etc.
Stable buoyancy control and trim adjustments
Maintaining trim and buoyancy while moving
Unclipping and reattaching tanks, performing gas switches, gas management
Course Benefits:
